This page explains what you may do with the material on this website and with the software we publish. It is written in plain language; if anything is unclear, ask us before you rely on it.
1. This website
The text, design, layout, illustrations and code of kovik.online are © 2026 Kovik Digital Solutions, all rights reserved.
You may:
- read, print and share links to any page;
- quote short passages in an article, report or presentation, with a credit and a link to the page you took it from;
- use our audit reports for any purpose, including handing them to another developer.
You may not copy whole pages or articles onto another website, resell our content, or present it as your own work.
2. The Kovik SEO Audit Engine
The engine (the Python package, the command-line tool and the report templates) is our software. It is licensed, not sold.
Partners — agencies, freelancers and consultants who have agreed partnership terms with us — may run the engine on any number of client sites, and may brand the resulting PDF reports with their own name, colours and contact details.
Anyone else may read the source, run it for their own website, and modify it for private use. You may not sell the engine, offer it as a hosted product, or redistribute a modified version as your own tool without a written agreement.
The reports belong to whoever commissioned the audit. If a client paid for it, the client may use it however they like. We keep no claim over it.
3. Names and marks
“Kovik”, “Kovik Digital Solutions” and “Kovik Intelligence” are our names. Do not use them in a way that suggests we endorse, sponsor or built something we did not.
4. Third-party material we use
- Typefaces — Bricolage Grotesque, Plus Jakarta Sans and JetBrains Mono, served by Google Fonts under the SIL Open Font License.
- Photographs — the blog cover images are licensed stock photographs from Pexels, used under the Pexels licence, which allows commercial use without attribution.
- Libraries — the audit engine uses requests (Apache 2.0), Beautiful Soup (MIT), lxml (BSD), ReportLab (BSD) and Matplotlib (PSF-based). Each keeps its own licence.
5. No warranty
This website and the software are provided as they are. We work carefully, but we do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, that an audit will find every issue, or that a particular search ranking will follow. See the terms of use for the full position.
6. Asking permission
For anything not covered here — white-label rights, redistribution, training use, a commercial licence — write to rrsinha378@gmail.com and describe what you want to do. Most reasonable requests get a yes in writing.
